PROFILE OF THE BANK

Russian Commercial & Industrial Bank was established in Leningrad in 1989 by the city’s leading construction companies.

The Articles of Association of the Bank were registered with the State Bank of the USSR as of 20.07.89, and re-registered with the Central Bank of Russia as of 11.04.91.

On August 31, 1992, the Bank obtained a General Banking License under No. 138.

In 1998 the Bank was converted in compliance with the “Law of limited liability companies” from partnership into a closed joint-stock company. CJSC “RUSSIAN COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL BANK” was registered on January 12, 1999 with General license ¹ 138.
